You just can’t help but be abuzz in a town with team names like Honeybees and Yellowjackets! Maybe that’s why the customers swarm into this shop like bees to honey!
I know that I make a beeline for, “Not Too Shabby,” whenever I’m in Stephenville! And without fail, I always find a honey of a deal on lots of great items there!
Queen bee, Lea the owner, is truly the bees knees (meaning-she’s outstandingly good)! 😃 During my visit, although the store was a hive of activity, rather than telling me to buzz off, Lea toured me through, sharing with me some of her vision and heart for “Not too Shabby!”
Like pouring honey in my ear, Lea shared that the store’s motto is, “Making a difference, one hanger at a time!” One of the way’s that they do this is by regularly donating useful items to “Basic Needs Ministry,” a local charity.
Also buzz worthy is Sidewalk Sister. A bit of fun, she’s the store’s mascot and is always sporting finds from the shop’s honeypot selections of outfits, jewelry and handbags!
So, if your honey-do list includes buying home decor, books, clothing and so much more at fantastic prices then this place has your nectar!
Some Laughter;
What do you call a bee that can’t make up its mind? A May-bee!!
Some Wisdom;
“How sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!” Psalm 119:103
You’ll have a bee in your bonnet if you miss out on these amazing bargains!
Sidewalk Sister, the trendy store mascot, models both new and used items sold at “Not Too Shabby!”
You’ll be busy as a bee making choices as you sift through all of the adorable items in the kids section!
Showing off my excellent finds from “Not Too Shabby,” to my honey, Graham!
